Awesome Clothing Slow Customer Service

I have purchased multiple pieces of clothing and have loved each one. They use great quality material which I appreciate. The one knock on this company is how long it takes for a product to get to you and their slow response time to customer service. Shirts can take 2-3 weeks to arrive and sending one back may mean you are waiting a month + for a shirt. When I contacted their support they did not get back to me for almost a week.

Overall It would not stop me from buying again, but just be aware of the timelines.
