It’s been nearly 2 months since social distancing orders have been in place, and we hope you and your loved ones are staying safe. In these uncertain times, it’s more important than ever to be kind to one another and focus on the positives in our lives. Through our continued efforts in supporting communities across Canada we are doing best to play our role in uplifting our communities.

The health and safety of our team and our community has been our #1 priority which is why we have reduced the amount of staff in our distribution centre to adhere to social distancing best practices outlined by public health authorities. With that said we are receiving a high volume of online orders and as a result, we’re experiencing longer than normal shipping timelines. We know it can be frustrating as you are excited for your order, but please know that all our teams are working hard to ship your orders out in quick and safe manner.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information. Please bear in mind that all carriers are also adhering to health and safety regulations to keep their employees safe so expect a longer than expected processing time from them as well. You can also log into your account to check the status of your order at any time.
