Job Description

As a customer experience associate, you play an integral role in being the brand’s front line when it comes to a customer’s impression of the brand. You’ll be the first person that a customer connects with through email, chat and across social media. 

Equipped with the product and process knowledge, you’ll be able to guide our customers through their questions while providing the best shopping experience online. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers through support chains including email, live chat, and social media
  • Communicating with distribution team on order updates, order changes and return/exchange related issues
  • Track CX metrics to ensure we meet and exceed our benchmarks
  • Reporting on issues that customers may be experiencing and work with various teams to resolve quickly
  • Gathering and facilitating customer feedback to the team or product and/or process improvement
  • Ensure all communication follows the brand voice guideliness

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role
  • Goal oriented, self motivated and is able to manage their tasks/projects effectively
  • Open to change and feedback in order to continuously improve 
  • Great communication skills; empathetic and polite while reinforcing our policies

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

ASSISTANT MANAGER

We are looking for a leader to drive business in our retail locations as our new Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will be passionate about people development and leadership, while performing the human resource functions of the store. The Assistant Manager will lead their team through coaching, managing store operations and providing outstanding customer service.


Job Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching on product knowledge, store activities, job duties, and established policies and procedures
  • Responsible for creating staff schedules, timesheets and coordinating shift changes
  • Develop and motivate a driven sales team, while providing timely feedback
  • Actively monitor customer feedback systems to drive continuous store improvement
  • Effectively utilize Peace Collective training and tools to develop staff to meet retail KPIs
  • Report to the Area Manager, providing sales analysis and reporting
  • Oversee Peace Stock Leader in managing store inventory 
  • Ensure COVID-19 protocols are followed in store

Job Requirements

  • Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail and industry knowledge
  • 1 - 2 years of retail management experience 
  • Strong understanding and application capabilities of retail math
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and retail POS systems
  • Working proficiency in the English language with strong communication skills
  • Availability must be flexible and include evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and decision making skills

KEY LEAD: SALES & IN-STORE MARKETING

The successful candidate will lead our retail team in connecting with our community, launching in-store activations and propelling the Peace Collective brand on the sales floor. The Sales & In-Store Marketing Lead will also support in managing Peace Collective staff in all areas of the retail business and sales floor operations. 

 

Job Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop a community strategy and build relationships with the Peace community
  • Act as a marketing liaison for store promotions and events
  • Act as a representative of Peace Collective among the Distillery community 
  • Work with the marketing team to create in-store content using social media platforms including but not limited to Tik Tok and Instagram
  • Lead the daily sales operations of the store
  • Apply knowledge of retail KPIs to drive achievement of established sales targets
  • Lead the sales team to provide excellent customer service and maximize sales

KEY LEAD: STOCK / PRODUCT

The Stock Leader is responsible for the back-of-house operations including but not limited to managing in-store inventory levels, stock replenishment, shipping and receiving, ship-from-store and local pickup.

 

Job role and responsibilities

    • Lead all inventory management, pricing decisions and back-of-house operations
    • Drive continuous improvement in stockroom processing and replenishment procedures
    • Ensure optimum product volume is being upheld on the floor 
  • Fulfill Ship-from-Store, Local Pick and Delivery orders
    • Create an easy-to-shop environment for customers by coordinating their team to consistently execute visual merchandising and housekeeping standards 
    • Perform managerial duties including closing, opening and standing in for Assistant Manager when needed
    • Ensure COVID-19 protocols are followed in store

     Job Requirements

    • Advanced stockroom experience and comprehensive product, retail and industry knowledge
    • Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience
    • Strong understanding and application capabilities of retail math
    • Experience using MS Office and retail POS systems
    • Ability to exercise good judgment and decision making skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of multitasking 
    • Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends, evenings and statutory holidays

    Job Roles and Responsibilities

    • Maintain displays of merchandise and collaborate with the Stock Leader to follow merchandising schedules
    • Coordinate replenishment of product from the stockroom to sales floor 
    • Fulfill orders for local pick-up and delivery
    • Assist in monitoring and maintaining sales floor, while providing customer service
    • Minimize loss by implementing and monitoring all loss prevention activities
    • Assist in managing shipping and receiving procedures 

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum 1 year experience working at an apparel retailer in a merchandising role
    • Ability to exercise good judgment and decision making skills.
    • Understanding of retail math
    • Experience using MS Office and retail POS system 
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of multitasking
