Job Description
Peace Collective is looking for Seasonal Peace Ambassadors to join our team at our Distillery District retail location for the 2026 holiday season.
This seasonal position will begin in October 2026 and run through January 4, 2027, with the potential to continue as a permanent member of the team based on store needs.
We’re looking for energetic, personable, and sales-driven individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about the Peace Collective brand, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and enjoys going above and beyond to create memorable experiences for every customer.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop a strong knowledge of Peace Collective's brand, collections, and products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating genuine connections with every guest.
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending products.
- Maintain an organized, welcoming, and easy-to-shop sales floor in accordance with company standards.
- Accurately process point-of-sale transactions.
- Assist with online customer support related to in-store inquiries.
- Support the team with additional store operations as needed during busy holiday periods.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in an apparel retail or sales environment.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and make confident decisions.
- Experience using retail POS systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while adapting and multitasking.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Part-time availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
