About Peace Collective

Peace Collective is a Toronto-born clothing and lifestyle brand founded in 2014 with a simple mission: make giving back easy and accessible. We make quality apparel that looks good, does good, and makes you feel good. With new collections launching every month, there's something for everyone, whether you're repping your favourite team, showing hometown pride, or helping de-stigmatize mental health.

The Role

We're looking for a Seasonal Key Holder to join our Distillery District team for the busiest season of the year. You'll help lead the store day-to-day by opening and closing, supporting the team on the floor, and making sure every guest leaves with a great experience. This is a seasonal role with the opportunity to stay on based on store needs and performance.

What You'll Do

• Open and close the store, including cash handling and security procedures
• Lead daily sales operations alongside management and help the team hit sales targets using retail KPIs
• Create real connections with every guest and deliver service that goes above and beyond
• Become an expert on our brands, collections, and products, and stay current on launches, promotions, and store updates
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges at the POS
• Resolve customer issues quickly and thoughtfully, including in-store inquiries that come through online support
• Keep the sales floor easy to shop by maintaining visual merchandising and housekeeping standards

What You Bring

• 1+ year of sales experience in apparel retail (key holder or supervisory experience is an asset)
• Sound judgment and confidence making decisions on the spot
• Comfort with retail math and KPIs
• Experience with POS systems and basic computer programs
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• The ability to stay adaptable and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Part-time availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

What You'll Get

• An employee discount on merchandise
• A Welcome Package for uniform pieces when you start
• The chance to be part of a brand that gives back
