About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Peace Ambassador to join our team at our Distillery District store.

As a Peace Ambassador, you'll create memorable shopping experiences by delivering exceptional customer service, building genuine connections with customers, and sharing your knowledge of our products and brand story. You'll also help maintain an inviting store environment while supporting daily retail operations.

What You'll Do

• Become knowledgeable about Peace Collective's brand, collections, and products.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by creating authentic connections with every customer.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor that reflects company standards.
• Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
• Stay informed on new product launches, promotions, and company initiatives.
• Assist with online customer inquiries that relate to in-store shopping.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally, escalating to store leadership when appropriate.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including replenishment, merchandising, and opening/closing tasks as required.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in an apparel or retail sales environment.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Basic understanding of retail math and sales metrics.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and retail POS systems.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Availability to work 15–20 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
