Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and self-motivated Internal Content Creator to join our team on a part-time basis. This individual will be responsible for creating compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and engages our audiences across various social media channels. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, a strong understanding of social media trends, and the ability to produce high-quality, on-brand content quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
- Develop, film, edit, and produce creative content (photos, videos, graphics) for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Create content that showcases our products, behind-the-scenes operations, team culture, and brand values. - Brainstorm and propose new content ideas that align with current trends and brand goals.
2. Social Media Engagement:
- Support the marketing team in planning and executing content calendars.
- Optimize content for platform-specific formats and best practices.
- Assist in real-time posting and engagement as needed during events, product launches, or campaigns.
3. Brand Alignment:
- Ensure all content reflects our brand's tone, aesthetics, and messaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a cohesive and consistent brand presence across all platforms.
4. Analytics and Improvement:
- Monitor content performance and gather insights to inform future content creation strategies. - Suggest improvements based on engagement data and evolving trends.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field. - Proficient in using content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, InShot). - Strong photography, videography, and editing skills.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and content best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Creative, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
