About the Role
Peace Collective is looking for a Part-Time Customer Experience (CX) Agent to join our growing team.
In this role, you'll play an important part in delivering an exceptional customer experience across every touchpoint. You'll connect with our community through email, social media, SMS, and other support channels, helping customers with everything from product questions to order updates while ensuring every interaction reflects our brand values.

A Day in the Life
- Provide exceptional customer support through email, live chat, social media, and SMS
- Communicate with our Distribution and Operations teams regarding order updates, changes, returns, and exchanges
- Gather customer feedback and share insights that help improve our products, processes, and overall customer experience
- Ensure all customer communications align with Peace Collective's brand voice and standards
- Proactively communicate production or shipping delays and keep customers informed throughout their journey
- Submit and manage lost package investigations with shipping carriers
- Identify recurring customer concerns, trends, and opportunities, and share recommendations with internal teams
- Part-time schedule of 16–30 hours per week
Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or a similar customer-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Empathetic, professional, and confident when assisting customers while reinforcing company policies
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Adaptable and open to feedback in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning new systems and collaborating across departments
- Experience with Richpanel, Shopify, and/or Shiphero is considered an asset
