The Product:
I’m really impressed with this sweatshirt! The fabric is incredibly soft and cozy, making it perfect for lounging or casual outings. It’s warm without feeling too heavy, and the fit is spot on—true to size and flattering. I’ve washed it a couple of times, and it hasn’t lost its shape or softness, which is always a plus.
The Design:
I love the design. It's stylish and versatile—I can easily dress it up or keep it casual with jeans. Overall, this has become my go-to sweatshirt, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more in the future!
My Experience:
I ordered the sweatshirt knowing it was backordered (yes, I wanted it THAT much and was willing to wait). Initially, the wait time was about one week, but additional delays were added due to production challenges, and I ended up receiving the sweatshirt a month later. While I completely understand the challenges with production, I wish the communication had been better. There was one email early on, notifying me of the delay along with a promo code, but when the delays continued, there was no further communication. I had to reach out to inquire about the status and delivery date.
Suggestions for Improvement:
While the sweatshirt itself is fantastic, better communication during production delays would improve the customer experience. Regular updates, even just to reassure customers that their order is still in progress, would be appreciated.
Received this today and it immediately has become my new fave crewneck. Perfect fit and design … great addition to my wardrobe! Will definitely be in repeat all baseball season
