- Track submission status across all licensors and follow up on outstanding approvals
Relay licensor feedback and requested revisions back to the product team
Royalty Reporting
- Calculate royalty amounts owed per licensor per reporting period
- Prepare and submit royalty reports on schedule
Maintain accurate sales and royalty records to support reporting accuracy
Licensing Contract & Compliance Management
- Maintain the licensing board — tracking active contracts, renewal and expiration dates, and new license additions
- Manage and maintain Peace Collective's database of licensor requirements (brand guidelines, approval processes, submission portals, deadlines)
Flag upcoming contract expirations or compliance risks with enough lead time to act

- Comfortable with basic royalty and financial calculations and reporting
- Highly organized, able to track multiple licensor relationships and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written communication for relaying licensor feedback clearly to creative and product teams
Detail-oriented — errors in submissions or royalty reporting carry real financial and compliance ris
Scope Boundaries
Creating or revising artwork/mockups — owned by the design team; this role submits and routes, not creates
- Product or creative direction decisions — owned by Art Director / Design Manager
- This role does not report into Product, but licensor turnaround time is directly dependent on product team output — a tight feedback loop with Design Manager is required for submissions to stay on schedule
Pay Range $43,000- $55,000
