Shoulder

Measured straight across, from the outer-most point of the shoulder.

Chest

Measured across the body, from armpit-to-armpit.

Length

Measured from top to bottom, from the upper-most part of the garment to the bottom of the hem.

Sleeve

Measured straight down from the top of the shoulder seam, to the end of the sleeve hem, along the outside.

Neck

Measured across, from the furthest inner edges of the neck opening.

Awesome Quality and Super Comfortable

These sweatpants are made of great fabric and you can tell that they're high quality just from unboxing them. The text on the thigh is firmly attached to the pants so there's no fear of it falling off in the wash, and even after two wash/dry cycles, there is no noticeable shrinkage or other damage. Heavy enough to wear in the cold, but light enough to wear when it's warmer outside. I'm 6'3" and got a size large like the size chart suggested based on my measurements, and it fits perfectly, so I definitely recommend to go by what the chart tells you! Overall, a 10/10 pair of sweatpants in terms of comfort, quality, and style. I can't recommend them enough, and I'll definitely be getting more pairs soon!
