Junior Graphic Designer at Peace Collective will be responsible for the creation of visual content and assets for the brand, from print to digital. We are looking for someone with attention to details, clean design and a strong eye for typography, information design and UI sensibility. The designer will work in the Adobe Creative Suite, along with Keynote. Their primary role will be handling the day-to-day design projects – from print production to online materials. Image optimization for use in print and web based marketing materials, optimization of all visual assets for print and web, advertising, retail space and products.


  • Responsible for supporting the graphic representation of the brand
  • Designing print ads, posters, signage for spaces, flyers, and various print collateral
  • Designing online banner ads, newsletters and website assets
  • Extensive work for mockups and pitches—from websites to products and spaces
  • Understanding the importance of timely deliverables under tight deadlines
  • Help to ensure that all new products are represented optimally on all marketing platforms in order to help achieve a successful launch
  • Conceptual skills with logo design, iconography and colour systems a must


  • An online portfolio of outstanding work - Applicants without an online portfolio won’t be considered for this position
  • College degree with a diploma in Graphic/Digital Design
  • Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe Acrobat and InDesign
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Responsive design
  • Familiar with all the Digital media specs, sizes and aspect ratios
  • Photo editing and gif creating experience
  • Ability to multi-task/manage a varied workload and evolving tasks/duties
  • 1+ years of relevant experience

Part time position (20 hours per week)
