Ordering

For all in-stock items, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and packed - this does not include shipping times. If there is any issue with your order, we will reach out to you via the email listed on your order in a timely manner. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been packed and shipped out with the respective carrier.

The P/C Package Protection provides you coverage on your order in which you've received a valid tracking number for. The P/C Package Protection is intended to provide you peace of mind when your package is lost in transit or damage during shipping. You can choose to remove it from your cart if you do not wish to have protection/coverage on your order.

If you do not select P/C Package Protection, you'll be responsibe for opening a claim with the respective carrier.

Please note that P/C Package Protection fee is non-refundable.

Your card is charged at the time of order confirmation.

Our prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). However, we do have a currency converter that will automatically change the currency listed depending on your location.

Items purchased on peace-collective.com are subject to GST and PST (or HST) for orders destined to Canadian addresses where applicable. If you hold a tax-exempt status, please email us through our contact page and we’ll be more than happy to help you with the ordering process. International orders are not subject to taxes.

If you’ve purchased an item that is now marked down - we will offer a one time price adjustment within 1 day of your order date. Please please email us through our contact page with your order number and the item you are inquiring about.

If you've purchased an on demand item, it means that we will produce that item once it has been ordered. This is done in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint and help reduce the amount of waste that fashion brands produce and destroy each year. We decided to offer a selection of made on demand products in an effort to help remove the waste factor and do less damage to our planet than we need to. Even though it is made to order it will still be ready to ship in 5-8 days from when your order is placed. Once shipped you will receive the tracking info via email.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and an order confirmation has been sent, we cannot cancel your order.

Refunds will only be processed back on the original method of payment. Returns with a gift receipt may only be returned for an exchange or store credit. Items marked as final sale may not be returned or exchanged.

Orders placed online for regular priced items are eligible for exchange or refund within 30 days of the ship date. Items purchased on sale or marked down are eligible for an exchange or store credit only within 30 days of the ship date. All items that are marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges of any kind. For more details - visit our return and exchanges policy here. Peace Collective Inc. reserves the right to refuse a return and may not be exchanged if it is in non-sellable condition and will be returned at your expense.

If you have a discount code, you can apply it to your order at the checkout screen by entering in the correct code in the respective text box.

*Please note that only one (1) promotion code/discount code can be used per order and restrictions may apply during site-wide sale events.

Items marked down on our website 20% or more are final sale items. If you have a promo code for 20% off a regular priced item, your item is not final sale.

If you have a discount code, please enter it in at the check out screen BEFORE the order is submitted and placed. We cannot apply discount codes retroactively.

If you need to make a change to your order such as a size change, colour change or an address change, please let us know within 30 minutes of the order confirmation time. We can’t guarantee that this change will be made but we will try our best.

We cannot add items onto your order - a subsequent order will need to be placed.

On select items, we offer pre-orders through our website to allow you to purchase an item before it goes out of stock while it is in production. Items that are pre-ordered will be clearly indicated on the product page and the ship date will be stated on the product page.

Shipping

We ship worldwide :)

Orders that have items that are marked as "ships in 5-10 business days" means our team is working hard to ensure you receive nothing but the best and you will receive a tracking number in 5-10 business days.

Your order will be shipped with XpressPost, FedEx or DHL and once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to begin working.

We use several carriers to ship orders. Our standard Canadian shipments will ship with Canada Post expidited shipping and our standard International shippments will ship with Ascendia.

Need your shipment sooner? For Canadian orders we offer Canada Post Xpress shipping and FedEx and for International orders offer DHL at an additional cost.

We offer local delivery to parts of the Greater Toronto Area. If your order is eligible for local delivery, this option will appear at checkout. Orders must be placed before 12:00PM EST Monday to Friday in order to qualify for same day delivery.

If you've ordered an item that is part of our On Demand Program or is a pre-order, same-day delivery will only apply once your order has been packed.

Your order may be shipped multiple parts for the reason that we may fulfill orders from multiple locations. You will receive shipping confirmations for the items shipped everytime a new label has been created.

If you product is returned back to us due to an insufficient shipping address, the items in your order will be put back into inventory.

Our team will issue you store credit for the value of your items so you can repurchase the items.

If you need to make an address change, please email us through our contact page within 30 minutes of the order being placed. We will try our best to change the shipping address but we can’t make any guarantees. However, once a label has been generated - we cannot change the shipping address.

Please double check the shipping address and confirm any unit/apartment numbers before completing the order.

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or missing packages but if you believe your package is lost, please email us through our contact page and we will launch an investigation with the respective carrier.

Peace Collective Inc. is not responsible for any customs or duties on international orders levied by your country on imported goods. The prices reflected on peace-collective.com do not include or reflect customs and duties.

If the shipping address is to a building, Canada Post may either deliver the package to a security guard or concierge desk or if you have a parcel locker in the mail room, it may be left here.

Community Mailbox: If you typically receive mail at a community mailbox, you’ll most likely receive a key in your mailbox to a larger parcel locker.

If your package gets sent back to our warehouse due to an incomplete or incorrect address, our team will contact you to confirm your correct address before shipping it out again. Customers will be subject to paying additional shipping charges for the re-shipment of their package.

Please double check the shipping address and confirm any unit/apartment numbers before completing the order.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We know buying online can get pretty tough - so we’ve made our return and exchange process as seamless as possible for you.

Regular priced items are eligible for exchange or refund within 14 days of the ship date. Items purchased on sale or marked down are eligible for an exchange or store credit only within 14 days of the ship date. All items that are marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges of any kind. For more details - visit our return and exchanges policy here. Peace Collective Inc. reserves the right to refuse a return and may not be exchanged if it is in non-sellable condition and will be returned at your expense.

We offer (1) free return to orders that have been shipped within Canada. Any additional returns or exchanges will be responsible for postage return.

Orders placed within Canada are eligible for free returns. Orders placed and shipped outside of Canada will be responsible for postage return.

Once your returned package arrives at our warehouse, please allow 1 weeking for our team to process your return. You’ll then get a refund notification email and from that point it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to be posted on your credit card statement.

Yes! If you have purchased an item online and would like to stop by one of our stores for an exchange or return, please bring in the item in re-sellable condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged with tags attached) along with the packing slip to one of our stores listed here within the policy window.

Items that are marked final sale on the product page cannot be returned for a refund or store credit or exchanged - they’re yours to keep. Sorry for any inconvenience!

If you’ve received an item that was defective - please email us through our contact page within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll be able to help you out there. Please be sure to include images of the defect and a brief description.

Please note that washing the item(s) will void the return policy and we will no longer be able to accept the item as a return.

For any manufacturing defects inquiries, please email us through our contact page within 14 days of carrier delivery date and our team will be more than happy to assist.

Student & Teacher Discount

No. Once your account is registered as a post-secondary student or teacher, you will automatically receive 15% off your entire order at checkout.

Students currently in post-secondary and professors teaching post-secondary classes are eligible for the student and teacher discount. You must create an account using your school email in order to be listed as a student or teacher.

Yes! Make sure you have a valid student ID card at checkout and our team will ensure you get 15% off your purchase.

You must be logged into your student or teacher Peace Collective account in order to receive the discount. If you are logged in and the discount still isn’t working, please email us through our contact page and our team will help you out from there.

Yes! You will receive 15% off your entire order. *Black Four Day Sales are excluded.

No. You must sign up for a Peace Collective account using your school email.

No. You are only able to use one discount per transaction.

The student and teacher discount expires once your school email is no longer valid.

Peace Rewards

The Peace Rewards Program is our free rewards program that allows you to earn points on in-store and online purchases. You can use these points to redeem rewards.

You can earn points by either shopping online or in-store. You can also earn additional points by sharing and interacting with Peace Collective’s social media channels.

Everyone starts off as a Peace Seeker. Once you’ve hit $500 total spend per calendar year, you’ll be moved into the Peace Enthusiast tier. At a total spend of $1,000 per calendar year, you’ll be moved into the Peace Activist tier.

All of your Peace Rewards information and points balance can be viewed in the account screen once you log into your Peace Collective account.

Purchases returned online or in-store with the associated account will have their points removed. If you are partially returning an item in your purchase, the points associated with that specific item will be removed.

Your points will be deducted from your account or will be returned via store credit if a voucher was redeemed.

Once you’ve logged into your Peace Collective account, click on the “Use Rewards” panel on the lower right hand corner of your screen. Select which eligible reward you’d like to redeem. Copy the code and paste it into the discount code field at the checkout screen. Please note that you can only use one promo code or voucher per transaction.

Yes - points will be earned for the total dollar paid after a voucher amount has been applied.

Once you reach the Peace Activist tier, you will receive a $50 gift card code, redeemable on your account page.

You will be emailed a personalized promo code within 7 days of your birthday. You have 30 days from when you receive the email to use the code on a in-store or online purchase. This code can only be used once.

Top Peace Activists may be invited or get special access to private Peace Collective events (ie. product launches, collection previews) located within the Greater Toronto Area.

Yes - Your points expire if there is no activity on your account within 12 months.

Sezzle

Sezzle is an online payment platform that allows you to pay for your order through 4 small installment payments, spread over 6 weeks, rather than paying the full amount at once.

It’s easy! Follow these three simple steps:

1. Select Sezzle as your payment method during checkout.</p>

2. New Sezzle customers will need to create a Sezzle account, returning Sezzle customers will need to login.(Sezzle will do a soft credit check for approval of the transaction).

3. 25% of your total purchase is due at the time of purchase. Every two weeks, another 25% will be due. (Sezzle automates the remaining payments through whichever payment method is on file).

We get it. Life happens and sometimes, payments get forgotten or cards get compromised. That’s why Sezzle allows you 48 hours from the moment a payment fails to resolve the payment, free of charge. If the failed payment is not resolved within 48 hours from the moment it fails, you will incur a $10.00 fee. To resolve a failed payment, log into your Sezzle dashboard, select the order with a failed payment, and click Pay Now.

Sezzle accepts payment methods like Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal, SOFORT, Western Union, and Bank Transfer.

We get it. Life happens and sometimes, payments get forgotten or cards get compromised. That’s why Sezzle allows you 48 hours from the moment a payment fails to resolve the payment, free of charge. If the failed payment is not resolved within 48 hours from the moment it fails, you will incur a $10.00 fee. To resolve a failed payment, log into your Sezzle dashboard, select the order with a failed payment, and click Pay Now.

Sezzle will not have an impact on your credit - they do not perform hard credit checks. Instead, they perform "soft checks" by reviewing your credit score as part of their risk check.

There might be some situations in which Sezzle will not be able to approve your order:

1. You don't have sufficient funds available. Sezzle requires that you have at least 25% of the total order cost available.

2. You have multiple orders with outstanding payments.

3. Your order value is too high.

To be eligible for Sezzle you must:

1. Be a  U.S resident or Canadian resident.

2. You are 18 years or older (19 years or older in Alabama or if you are a ward of the state and live in Nebraska).

3. You have a U.S. bank account, number and email address.

Local Pickup

At the shipping screen at checkout, you will see the locations that have local pick up available. Select the store that is most convenient for you. After you've placed your order, we'll pack your order and send you a follow up email once it's ready for pick up. 

To pick up your order, make sure you have the "ready for pick up" email ready to show our staff and for everyone's safety, we kindly ask that you make sure you have a face mask when visiting us.

Your order will be ready for pick up within 2-4 business day and we'll send you an email letting you know your order is ready for pick up. Please note that if you've ordered an item that is part of our P/C On Demand program, your items will be ready for pick up after the time specified on the product page.

We do ask that you pick up your order at the designated location within 14 days of receiving the Ready for Pick Up email. If it is not picked up within this time, we will unfortunately, issue you a refund and restock the items.

If you're not happy with what you ordered and picked up in store, you can return the item instore provided that the item(s) are in new, resellable condition with the hang tags attached and the packing slip.

In store pick up is only available for orders where all items are readily available at either of our locations. Some items may not be available for pick up due to limited availability.
