We try our best to restock as quickly as we can. You can be one of the first to get your hands on a fresh restock by submitting your email address to get an email once it hits our doors.
When you’ve checked out, your credit card company actually puts an authorization for the amount of the order on your card. This amount is held by your credit card company while your order goes through a verification process to ensure that the billing and shipping addresses match up. Peace Collective does not get this amount until the payment has been released!
We aim to try and get all orders shipped out as quickly as possible. Please be advised that during times of high volumes, there may be some slight delays. If you have not yet received your tracking number within 48-72 hours, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will allow a 1 time price adjustment for items purchased within 3 business days of the item being MARKED DOWN/put on sale. Price adjustments are NOT offered to items discounted during promotional events run on peace-collective.com.
Tracking & Shipping
After every order, you should receive a confirmation email with your order number and a summary of the payment. As soon as our fulfillment team picks and packs your order, you’ll automatically get a shipping confirmation email that contains the tracking number for either Canada Post (for Canadian addresses) or UPS (for international addresses). We strive to get you your packages out within 2-5 business days so you should expect it within this time frame. If you don’t receive this shipping confirmation within 2-5 business days, email us at email@example.com and we’ll look into it for you.
Whenever this status appears, it means that the carrier has not yet scanned the label/shipment to activate the updates. Once they scan it, you should start to see updates in the tracking status. If you still don’t see any updates for several days, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get to the bottom of it.
We ship internationally for most of our products through DHL. However, our NBA collection is currently only available within Canada. If you do place an order from another country, we are not responsible for any taxes or duties levied by your country’s border services.
Due to the postal strike at Canada Post, you may experience slightly longer delivery times. However, we will always try our best to get your package out to you as quickly as possible. At checkout, you have the option of choosing what method you’d prefer – please note that shipping prices vary depending on the destination and weight of the package. The average delivery times are as follows:

Shipments destined for United States or international countries may be subject to customs, which may delay your package. Please note that Peace Collective Inc. is not responsible for any customs or duties charges that are levied by the destination country.
If you live in a neighbourhood that has a community mailbox, often Canada Post will leave a parcel locker key in your mailbox to unlock the larger box. Another reason for this is if you live in a buidling where the concierge or the security desk accepts all your packages. Please note that Peace Collective Inc. is not response for any lost or stolen packages, however, if your package doesn't arrive, email us at email@example.com and we'll launch an investigation with the respective carrier.

Unfortunately, purchases made at any one of our retailers are subject to their respective return and exchange policy and must be returned to the store that it was purchased at. All merchandise is subject to our return & exchange policy that can be found *here*. If you are returning an item in store, please make sure you bring in the original packing slip that it came with or have your order number ready. We will only accept items that are unworn, unwashed, and not damaged.
