How many masks will be donated?
For every purchase, we will be donating a mask to a frontline worker to help protect themselves on a daily basis while they do their best to help the community.
Where are you donating the masks to?
We’re not limiting our donations to just one organization. We’ll be working with local organizations to provide them with these masks.Can I return or exchange the masks?
For health and safety reasons, all face masks are final sale and are unfortunately not eligible for a refund or an exchange.What are different types of filters I can use in the mask?
When you purchase a mask, it comes with a disposable filter. However, some health care professionals suggest using a vacuum cleaner bag, coffee filter or baby wipes that you may find in your household.
How long can I wear the mask before needing to change the filter?
Filters should be disposed of after daily use and the mask should be washed daily. How do I wash the face masks?
Prior to washing your mask, remove and dispose of the current filter. You can wash your face masks either by machine or by hand in lukewarm water with mild detergent. They are dryer friendly but you can also hang to dry. Once dry, insert another filter into the pocket before use.
Why should I wear a face mask and what does the filter do?
Although a face mask helps to slow the spread of viruses, health care professionals advocate for the use of a filter in face masks in order to help safe breathing and to ensure that harmful particles are removed.
Where are the face masks made and what are they made out of?
Our face masks are made start to finish right here in Toronto. All of our face masks are made from 100% cotton and feature multi-layers of fabric, which is ideal for protection.
Can I mix and match the masks in the pack?
Unfortunately, the packs cannot be mixed and matched with designs or colours. Sorry!
When will my face mask order ship out?
April 18 - 19: Expected to ship by Wednesday, May 13
April 20 - 24: Expected to ship by Sunday, May 17
April 25 - April 27: Expected to ship by Wednesday May 20
April 28 - May 1st: Expected to ship by Sunday May 24
May 2nd - onwards: Expected to ship from our distribution centre within 2-3 weeks from order date
