eCOMMERCE ANALYTICS

As part of the eCommerce team, you design and lead the analytics to drive and support Peace Collective’s fast growing online business. You are passionate and knowledge driven individual that is motivated by problem solving. Utilizing tools such as Google Analytics and other reporting features, you will provide valuable insight and actionable recommendations to the Peace Collective team to achieve goals and to grow the overall business. You are an expert and proficient in analytics frameworks such as Google Analytics and is knowledgeable in utilizing eCommerce and marketing data which includes, but is not limited to, developing infrastructure to set and track goals and recommend direction based on analysis of peace-collective.com, marketing campaigns, social media, analytics and trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop reporting, dashboards and scorecards for: behaviour KPIs (traffic sources, site traffic, page analysis, customer engagement), website KPIs (revenue, AOV, funnel analysis), marketing KPIs (campaign, email and social media performance)
  • Creating, identifying and managing tools to support design development and value engineering decisions
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the digital data management framework to support Peace Collective's growth

  • Detail oriented
  • Strong ability to project manage in terms of time, coordination and planning to deliver results while maintaining multiple projects and priorities
  • Prior experience with Google Analytics, Shopify and Mailchimp or other analytics tools is a strong asset
  • Thoroughly understands the fast paced nature of Peace Collective business and is motivated to use best industry best practices to further build the business

Work Hours:
Full time position (40 hours per week)
