Online Orders

01 What currency are your prices listed in?

The prices shown on the site are all in CAD.

02 What form of payments do you accept?

Our website accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Peace Collective eGift Cards.

03 What shipping method do you use?

We currently use Canada Post to ship out all Canadian online orders, and UPS for USA and international online orders. Each package will have a corresponding tracking number (for Canada, USA and some international countries), that can be tracked through the Canada Post or UPS websites. or 

04 How long does it take for my package to arrive?

During the checkout process, you have the option choosing what type of delivery method you would prefer - please note that prices vary depending on the destination and weight of the package. The average delivery times are as follows:

Express Shipping: 1 - 2 business days 

Within Canada: 3 - 5 business days

United States: 3 - 5 business days

International: 7+ business days

Shipments destined for United States or international countries may be subject to customs, which may increase the number of business days it takes for your order to arrive. Please note that Peace Collective Inc. is not responsible for any customs or duties charges that are levied by the destination country.

05 Can I cancel my order?

We’re sad to see you cancel :( But if you haven’t yet received a tracking number/shipping confirmation, you may cancel your order by sending an email to or filling out our contact form.

Returns and Exchanges

06 What is your return/exchange policy for online orders?

Sizing a bit off? Not quite right? Don’t worry -- we at Peace Collective know that sometimes it’s a bit hard to pick the right thing. That’s why we offer 30 days for return and exchanges.

  • Regular Priced Items: 30 days for return and exchanges from the date delivered. Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All merchandise must have all their original tags attached and must be in its original packaging.
  • Last Chance: 14-days from delivery for exchanges or store credit ONLY. Refunds will not be permitted for online sale items.

Please note that for all refunds, shipping charges will not be refunded.

  • Any items purchased during the Black FOURDAY Sale (November 24-27) have 30 days for store credit ONLY.
  • The LAST CHANCE section are subjected to 14 days for store credit ONLY.

  • Your loved one has until January 7th for store credit only. As long as all items are unwashed, unworn, tags attached and not damaged, exchanges will be accepted.
  • Looking to return? All purchases within the 30-day return and exchange period qualify for a refund; valid with original packing slip to the original method of payment.

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law. Gift cards do not contain an expiration date and can be used at anytime at participating Peace Collective locations or online at

07 Can I return something that I've purchased at one of your retailers?

Unfortunately, purchases made at any one of our retailers is subject to their respective return and exchange policy and must be returned to the store that was purchased. If you have placed an order on our website or at our store, we will be more than happy to help you find the right item!

08 Can I return an online order in-store?

Yup! We accept returns and exchanges for items purchased online at our Flagship store located at 131 Ossington Avenue in Toronto, Ontario, and at our Square One Location located at 100 City Centre Dr. Mississauga, near Muji. Just make sure that the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, and not damaged and that you bring in the packing slip that it came with or have your order number ready.

  *If a Last Chance item is purchased online, it can be exchanged or qualify for store credit in-store.

09 I've returned my item(s) from my online order, what now?

Returns from online orders take 1-2 business days to be processed at our Distribution Centre upon receiving the parcel. Once your return is in the clear, the refund is processed. This refund takes about 5-7 business days to show on your bank statements.

10 How do I know you've received my returned product?

With your provided tracking number on the prepaid return label, you can track your return right from home. When received at the Distribution Centre, a refund will be processed and an email will be sent to you to seal the deal!


11 How do the garments fit?

With the exception of some select garments, most of our products are unisex, meaning they are sized to fit both males and females. We do suggest that women select one size down from their typical size selection for a more fitted look. However, size selection is based off of customer preference.

13 What happens when I can’t find something that I’m looking for?

We try to restock as much as we can! If you can’t find something that you’re looking for, enter your email on the product page that is out of stock and we’ll email you as soon as it becomes available!

14 How often do you release new collections/new products?

We release new collections and products every spring/summer and fall/winter but sometimes we also do small capsules. For updates on new products and to stay in the loop on exclusives, sign up for our newsletter!



15 How do I contact customer service?

Our customer service representatives can be reached via e-mail at We try to answer all questions and feedback in a timely manner but for inquiries submitted outside of regular business hours, we will respond within the following business day.

16 Who do I contact for information regarding wholesale?
