    Under the supervision and direction of the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, the associate will provide a supporting role to the Peace Collective operations with respect to picking, packing, counting, receiving, shipping and restocking of inventory.

    Responsibilities:

    • Picking and packing online orders to customers and larger orders to retail clients/stores
    • Receiving and restocking inventory
    • Counting inventory and ensuring inventory levels are adequate
    • Operating warehouse equipment and machinery
    • Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe work environment
    • Meet and exceed metric goals 

    Qualifications:

    • Strong attention to detail and detail oriented
    • Must be able to lift heavy loads

    Work Hours:
    Part time (10 to 20 hours per week)

    Location: North York, ON

  • eCOMMERCE ANALYTICS

    As part of the eCommerce team, you design and lead the analytics to drive and support Peace Collective’s fast growing online business. You are passionate and knowledge driven individual that is motivated by problem solving. Utilizing tools such as Google Analytics and other reporting features, you will provide valuable insight and actionable recommendations to the Peace Collective team to achieve goals and to grow the overall business. You are an expert and proficient in analytics frameworks such as Google Analytics and is knowledgeable in utilizing eCommerce and marketing data which includes, but is not limited to, developing infrastructure to set and track goals and recommend direction based on analysis of peace-collective.com, marketing campaigns, social media, analytics and trends.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop reporting, dashboards and scorecards for: behaviour KPIs (traffic sources, site traffic, page analysis, customer engagement), website KPIs (revenue, AOV, funnel analysis), marketing KPIs (campaign, email and social media performance)
    • Creating, identifying and managing tools to support design development and value engineering decisions
    • Oversee the development and maintenance of the digital data management framework to support Peace Collective's growth

    Qualifications:

    • Detail oriented

    As a Peace Ambassador, you are the front lines of the brand. We believe in empowering each and every person to chase their passions, to do what they love and to learn more. Our community starts with the people that make Peace Collective what it is. We believe that you have the ability to go above and beyond the duties of a sales associate and we believe that you are an ambassador of Peace Collective to the public and that you can foster a sense of community. The objective of a Peace Ambassador is to educate guests about the brand and our community and encourage them to do more.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain a tidy, organized and safe environment for guests and colleagues
    • Provide a positive shopping and learning experience for all guests
    • Utilizes the Point of Sale cash system, processes payments, refunds and exchanges and issues gift cards 
    • Receiving and processing inventory including unpacking boxes, displaying merchandise, folding, sizing and counting
    • Answer phone inquiries 

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent team player and ability to work independently 
    • Responsible and dependable

Peace Treats is a high paced environment and experience as a barista is bonus but not required. We're looking for individuals with attention to detail to create beautiful desserts to join our team!

    Responsibilities:

    • Take orders and process transactions
    • Provide all Peace Treats guests with a memorable experience
    • Greet guests and inform of any deals or promos 
    • Create milkshakes, desserts, espresso based drinks and any other items on menu
